Our courses are generally NOT eligible for a refund. Students cannot transfer to a similar course without the express consent of the instructor, and the transfer MUST be to a course offered by the same instructor.

We MAY approve a refund/transfer request under specific conditions:

  1. ACT OF GOD causes – death, incapacitation, etc. to the student or instructor of the purchased class.
  2. The instructor cancels the class without offering a similar replacement option.

You’ve registered (accidentally) for the wrong course: If this happens, contact us IMMEDIATELY.

You MUST notify us IN WRITING within 24-hours of placing the order to be eligible for a refund. Those requests must be emailed to admin@legacyoaksacademy.com.

All other situations: Your course payments are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Other Refund, Returns, and Finance Terms:

  • Students complete the course according to the instructor’s syllabus and instructions. Instructors are Independent Contractors and NOT employees of Legacy Oaks Academy. The Instructor is fully responsible for their syllabus and instructions for course completion.
  • Partial refunds will not be given.
  • If you are offered a payment plan, you are responsible for the entirety of the course enrollment fee. Any stop payments can and will be sent to collections or other legal remedies taken to collect the entire enrollment fee. You may be responsible for collection fees and/or legal fees accrued.
  • We fully reserve the right to deny entry and/or remove your student from the course if you have missed a payment arrangement date.
  • If a refund is approved, there will be a $50 processing fee deducted.
