Parents/Guardians assume financial responsibility for students enrolled in courses at Legacy Oaks Academy (LOA) from the time of enrollment to the completion of the course.

Parents/Guardians acknowledge the terms of payment that are outlined at the time of enrollment into each course.

In the case of payment delinquency, LOA reserves the right to refuse a student entry into the classroom.

Refund Policy:

Our courses are generally NOT eligible for a refund. Students cannot transfer to a similar course without the express consent of the instructor, and the transfer MUST be to a course offered by the same instructor.

We MAY approve a refund/transfer request under specific conditions:

1. ACT OF GOD causes: death, incapacitation, etc. to the student or instructor of the purchased class.

2. The instructor cancels the class without offering a similar replacement offer.

3. You’ve registered (accidentally) for the wrong course. If this happens, contact us IMMEDIATELY.

In order for us to consider a refund you MUST notify us IN WRITING.

Those requests must be emailed to admin@legacyoaksacademy.com.

All other situations: Your course payments are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Other Refund and/or Return terms:

– Courses may NOT be transferred to another student.

– Refunds will not be granted once class has begun (save for situations that fall under #1 above).

– Refunds for Private Tutoring offered through LOA will be handle
