¡Bienvenidos al curso de español para principiantes!

This Spanish course is designed specifically for students who are eager to continue the fundamentals of the Spanish language. This class will provide a foundation in Spanish vocabulary, grammar, and conversational skills.

~ Fall 2023 Spanish I, part 1 on Wed 1:45-3pm

~ Spring 2024 Spanish I, part 2 on Wed 1:45-3pm

– You can register for both semesters to receive high school credit

-$400.00 per semester.

In this class, we believe in making language learning fun, interactive, and relevant to your everyday lives. We will engage in a variety of activities such as group discussions, role-plays, games, and multimedia presentations, that will help you actively practice and apply what you learn. You will have plenty of opportunities to communicate in Spanish with your classmates, enhancing your speaking and listening abilities.

We will explore a range of topics that connect with your interests, including music, sports, hobbies, travel, and popular culture. Through these themes, you will not only gain proficiency in Spanish but also develop a deeper appreciation for the global community and broaden your horizons.

Throughout the course, we will also explore the fascinating cultures of Spanish-speaking countries. You will have the chance to learn about their traditions, celebrations, literature, art, and more. We will engage with authentic resources, such as videos, songs, and articles, to immerse ourselves in the rich tapestry of Hispanic culture.
