How to Write a Research Paper (Spring 2024)

About Course
Writing a research paper can be an overwhelming project, but it’s a skill colleges expect students to have (as well as an experience that teaches a variety of life skills like researching, organizing information, and how to break down large projects into smaller steps). This class will guide your student step-by-step through the process, from crafting a compelling thesis and choosing reliable sources to organizing the information and synthesizing it into a cohesive composition with MLA formatting.
The result will not only be a well written research paper, but the mastery of multiple processes they can apply to myriad academic and life situations. Whether your child is college bound or not, this course will arm them with critical thinking, writing, and organizational skills that will serve them throughout their lives.
Students will have time in class to work but should also expect to spend about 60 minutes a week on their paper at home as well.
The tuition for this course is $450 with payment plans available. Take $50 off this course when you bundle it with any of my other classes!
