About Course

14-Week Spring Session. Class meets biweekly on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 12:30 – 1:30 PM-$450

When will I use this anyway? Most students ask this question at least once in their school years. Well, I have the answer!! Geometry is one math that we use in our everyday life. This class will focus on the practical uses of Geometry. We will learn about all shapes, area, volume, and circumference. We will take those skills and build projects that can be transferred to everyday life.!!

No Textbook required. Students should allow for 1 hour a week outside of class for material review and practice and additional time for  projects.

Course will consist of interactive discussions, practice with material presented, checks for understanding, and 2 projects.

Bundle Geometry with another of my classes and save $25!

What Will You Learn?

  • In this course your student will learn how shapes impact our daily lives. We will learn how to find the area, volume and circumference of shapes and how to apply that to their daily lives. We will do traditional geometry work with fun interactive ways of using geometry. Homework will be minimal but required in order to determine comprehension of the subject.
