About Course

Join us as we delve into the rich culinary heritage of the United States. This class explores the various cultural influences and historical events that have shaped American cuisine from colonial times to present day. We will discuss how food played a role in the lives of early settlers, the impact of wars and economic changes, and the influence of immigration and advanced gastronomy on the American diet.

In this course, your student will have the opportunity to taste and prepare dishes that reflect the time period and cultural background we are studying. This class is designed for those interested in history and food and looking to deepen their understanding of the connection between the two.

By the end of this course, you will have a deeper appreciation for the diversity of American cuisine and how history played a role in the foods we enjoy today.
